We have some medical information we need all of you to fill out. Please go to your profile, and under "My Mobilization Info," click on "My Documents", and fill out the medical section with your parents. If you have no information we need to know, write "n/a". Please do not leave it blank!

Also, two reminders for you:

-You need to book international health insurance! If you'd like to use Good Neighbors Insurance, go to http://www.gninsurance.com/aimtripinsurance/ . Make sure you tell them you are going on a short term missions trip with Adventures in Missions!

-Please print and mail the Participant Release Form per the instructions on your profile.
